St. Louis Rams wide receiver Tavon Austin has a mild knee sprain, but could play Sunday versus the Dallas Cowboys, the team announced Monday.
NFL.com's Ian Rapoport reported earlier Monday that Austin would miss around two weeks after spraining his MCL in Sunday's win over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Rams tight end Cory Harkey also has a mild knee sprain but could play against Dallas.
Austin caught 40 passes for 418 yards and four touchdowns last season. The 23-year-old was the No. 8 overall pick in the 2013 draft.
