Eric Decker leaves Jets' Monday night game with hamstring injury
Tuesday September 23rd, 2014

The Jets have lost wide receiver Eric Decker after he re-aggravated a right hamstring injury in Monday's game against the Bears.

He was ruled out in the fourth quarter, according to a tweet from ESPN's Monday Night Football. Decker was listed as questionable to return in the third quarter, according to Manish Mehta of the New York Daily News.

The news comes after the 27-year-old was listed as questionable to start Monday's game. He initially sustained the hamstring injury in the second half of New York's Week 2 loss at Green Bay.

Decker signed a five-year, $36.25 million deal with the Jets in March.

New York was 1-1 heading into Monday's game. The Jets won their season opener at home vs. the Raiders but lost in Week 2 in the matchup against the Packers
