If Locker is unable to play, backup Charlie Whitehurst will get the start for Tennessee.

Whitehurst has not started an NFL game since 2011. After Wednesday's practice, Whisenhunt said "I've seen [Whitehurst] go in and perform well, so I don't really have a question as far as what it would be like Sunday with Charlie."
