RB Le'Veon Bell has 100-plus yards from scrimmage in all four games this season, a team record. Bell needs 41 yards from scrimmage to pass Jerome Bettis (610) for most by a Steelers player in first five games of a season. ... Jaguars will be without WRs Cecil Shorts III and Marqise Lee because of hamstring injuries.
