Redskins' Chris Baker fined for pulling off Carson Palmer's helmet
Saturday October 18th, 2014

Redskins DT Chris Baker has been fined $10,000 for pulling off Cardinals QB Carson Palmer's helmet, reports the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The play occurred during Washington's 30-20 loss at Arizona last Sunday.

This is Baker’s second fine this season. Three weeks ago, he was penalized $8,268 for grabbing the face mask of Philadelphia’s Jason Peters, after Baker took out Eagles quarterback Nick Foles on an interception play. The play led to a fight between both teams. Baker was later ejected from the game.

In three seasons with the Redskins, Baker has 59 combined tackles and one sack.

Palmer has seen limited play with the Cardinals this season due to a shoulder injury.
