DeSean Jackson fined for horse-collar tackle

Redskins WR DeSean Jackson has been fined $16,537 for a horse-collar tackle of Cardinals safety Rashad Johnson, reports the NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. The play occurred during a fourth quarter interception of Washington quarterback Kirk Cousins.

In his first season with the Redskins, Jackson has caught 23 passes for a team-high 479 yards and three touchdowns. Washington is currently 1-5.
