The Tennessee Titans worked out free agent offensive tackle Derek Sherrod on Tuesday.

The Tennessee Titans worked out free agent offensive tackle Derek Sherrod on Tuesday, reports ESPN's Field Yates.
Sherrod is a former first-round draft pick by the Green Bay Packers in 2011. He was in his fourth season with the Packers before being waived on Nov. 3.

The 25-year-old played in eight games this season for Green Bay at right tackle, including one start. He's played 20 career games and missed the entire 2012 season due to a fractured leg.
Sherrod attended Mississippi State, where he played for four years. He was named first team All-SEC in 2010.
The Titans (2-7) host the Pittsburgh Steelers (6-4) on Monday.
