Houston Texans wide receiver Andre Johnson passed his concussion protocol testing and will play this Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens. Johnson, 33, sat out last week's loss against the Colts after suffering the concussion in Week 14 against the Jaguars.
Johnson has caught 69 balls this season for 737 yards with two touchdowns.
Quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick is out for the season after fracturing his leg against the Colts, forcing the team to turn to rookie Tom Savage. Ryan Mallett, who the team acquired from the Patriots during the season, is out for the season with a torn pectoral muscle.
Quarterback problems were what led many to believe that Johnson might hold out for the entire season, although he ultimately ended up reporting to camp on time.
Johnson and the Texans will take on the Ravens this Sunday at 1 p.m.
