Broncos get top tackler Brandon Marshall back vs. Colts

DENVER (AP) Top tackler Brandon Marshall is active for the Denver Broncos' playoff game against Indianapolis after missing the past two games with a sprained right foot.

Marshall benefited from the bye week after the Broncos earned the AFC's No. 2 seed.

Running back Trent Richardson was inactive for the Colts, who have leaned heavily on Daniel Herron instead. Indy's other inactives: Jalil Brown, Sheldon Price, Henoc Muamba, Xavier Nixon, Jonotthan Harrison and Zach Kerr.

Cornerback Tony Carter and running back Juwan Thompson were among Denver's inactives. They were joined by Cody Latimer, Paul Cornick, Michael Schofield, Dominique Jones and Mitch Unrein.
