Free-agent offensive lineman Corey Hilliard is visiting with the Jets. Hilliard spent the past six seasons with the Detroit Lions.

Free-agent offensive lineman Corey Hilliard is visiting with the New York Jets, reports Dave Birkett of the Detroit Free Press.

Hilliard has played in Detroit for the past five seasons. He played one game last season before having season-ending foot surgery.

The lineman has not played a full season since 2011.

The Jets have already had an active free-agency period, signing cornerbacks Darelle Revis and Antonio Cromartie. New York also traded for wide receiver Brandon Marshall earlier in the offseason.
