The Tennessee Titans and the San Diego Chargers have not discussed a potential deal for quarterback Philip Rivers "at all," Michael Gehlken of U-T San Diego reports.

A potential deal for Rivers between the two teams has been talked about over the course of the past few weeks, however nothing has been confirmed. The rumors of the deal arose when it was learned that the Chargers showed a lot of interest in Marcus Mariota during the pre-draft process.

The Chargers would be looking to move up to the No. 2 spot in the NFL Draft which is currently held by the Titans.

In March, Rivers told reporters he was reluctant to sign a new deal with the Chargers.

Last season Rivers threw for 4,286 yards with 31 touchdowns and 18 interceptions. He's been with the Chargers since the 2004 season when he was part of another deal on Draft Day that saw the New York Giants trade him to San Diego for Eli Manning

The Chargers finished 9-7 last season, second in the AFC West.
