Mini-camp workouts gave teams a chance to see their draft picks and new signings compete against established veterans. The free agents who have yet to sign contracts could end up with new homes soon as the start of training camp looms.

• Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilsonsays he wants to stay with the team for a "really long time." Wilson is entering the final year of his contract and scheduled to make $1.5 million in base salary next season.

• All-Pro wide receiver Dez Bryant and the Dallas Cowboys renew contract talks, reports ESPN.com. The two sides have until July 15 to agree to a long-term contract extension.

• Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator Paul Guenther told ESPN.com that Cleveland Browns quarterback Johnny Manziel "needs more time" to be successful in the NFL.

Seattle Seahawks defensive end Michael Bennett Bennett says he doesn't mind staying at home while the team starts training camp next month. Bennett is seeking a pay-raise above the four-year, $28.5 million contract ($16 million guaranteed) he signed in 2014.
