Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Minnesota Vikings

The Steelers and the Vikings will kick off the 2015 preseason and close Hall of Fame Weekend with a head-to-head matchup in Canton, Ohio.

The Steelers have a 3-2 Hall of Fame Game record, and most recently beat the Saints in 2007. The Vikings have a 2-1 record, their most recent appearance a victory over the Seahawks in 1997. 

The two teams last faced each other in 2013 when the Vikings beat the Steelers, 34–27. Minnesota has a 9–7 franchise record against Pittsburgh.

In 2014, the Vikings finished third in the NFC North with a 7–9 record, while the Steelers won the AFC North with a record of 11–5.

Former Vikings center Mick Tingelhoff and former Steelers running back Jerome Bettis were both inducted to the NFL Hall of Fame as members of the Class of 2015 on Saturday.
