Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota threw his first interception as a pro in his first preseason game.

Tennessee Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota finally had his welcome-to-the-NFL moment. 

Mariota, the No. 2 overall pick the 2015 NFL draft, threw his first interception as a pro during the Titans' first preseason game against the Atlanta Falcons

Mariota has been lauded for an interception-less training camp performance so far. In 41 career games at Oregon, Mariota threw only 14 interceptions. 

However, six plays into his first drive against Atlanta, Mariota was picked off by Falcons linebacker Justin Durant on a short screen pass.
