How to watch Chiefs vs. Texans: Live stream, TV information

The Chiefs and Texans will kick off their respective seasons on Sunday in a game between two teams that barely missed the postseason last year.

Kansas City went 9–7 last season but missed the playoffs for the third time in four seasons. The Chiefs added receiver Jeremy Maclin from Philadelphia, reuniting him with head coach Andy Reid, and retain much of their personnel including star running back Jamaal Charles and linebacker Justin Houston.

Fresh off a stint on HBO's Hard Knocks, Houston looks to quarterback Brian Hoyer to steady the offense with running back Arian Foster sidelined. DeAndre Hopkins should blossom into Hoyer's top target with Andre Johnson off to Indianapolis, and J.J. Watt will again anchor a tough defense, with help from new defensive tackle Vince Wilfork, signed after 11 seasons with the Patriots.
