NFL line judge Gary Arthur, who was injured during a punt return during the Denver Broncos’ win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, is still hospitalized with injuries that are worse than originally reported.

During the game, the Ravensannounced that Arthur has sustained a broken collarbone, but Pro Football Talk reported on Monday that Arthur was still hospitalized with nine broken ribs and a collapsed lung.

The collision with a Ravens player occurred during the first quarter of the game, which Denver won 19–13. Arthur was taken off the field in a cart, but was able to climb into the cart on his own.

Arthur, 58, has been an NFL line judge since 1997 and has worked 15 postseason games in his career. He worked Super Bowl XLVI between the New York Giants and New England Patriots in February 2012.
