Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler strained his hamstring in Sunday’s loss to the Arizona Cardinals and could miss at least two weeks due to the injury, according to a report by NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

On Sunday, Cutler was intercepted by Arizona defensive back Tony Jefferson and fell awkwardly trying to tackle him as he returned the pick for a touchdown.

Six-year veteran Jimmy Clausen took over at quarterback for Chicago and completed 14 of 23 passes for 121 yards with an interception in the loss.

According to Rapoport's report, Cutler's injury will give Clausen an extended opportunity to start under center for the Bears.
