Tennessee Titans waive running back Terrance West

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) The Tennessee Titans have waived running back Terrance West.

The team also said Saturday it has added cornerback B.W. Webb from their practice squad.

West had rushed for 51 yards on 16 carries this season. The former third-round draft pick from Towson had run for 673 yards and four touchdowns with the Cleveland Browns last season.

Webb adds depth to a banged-up secondary. Cornerback Jason McCourty has a groin injury and won't play Sunday against New Orleans. Cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson already had been ruled out for that game with a hamstring injury. Cornerback Perrish Cox has been dealing with an ailing hamstring and is probable.
