Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Sam Bradford and running back Ryan Mathews have both been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers with concussions, the team announced Friday.

Backup Mark Sanchez will start under center in place of Bradford, who is also dealing with a left shoulder injury, while starting tailback DeMarco Murray could see an uptick in touches.

Bradford completed 19 of 25 passes for 236 yards and a touchdown before leaving last week’s loss to the Dolphins with the injuries. He’s thrown for 11 touchdowns and 10 interceptions this season.

The team also lists left tackle Jason Peters as questionable with a back injury, and linebacker DeMeco Ryans (hamstring) as probable.
