Report: Cowboys DE Greg Hardy losing support from team
Dallas Cowboys defensive end Greg Hardy is finally starting to lose support from the team’s front office, reports Conor Orr of NFL.com
According to NFL Media Insider Ian Rapoport, Hardy missed several meetings two weeks ago and was almost late to a practice. Last week he was late to a pregame meeting the day before the team’s 10–6 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Hardy has also been spending enough late nights out to cause concern. So much so, that there have been discussions between Jerry Jones, who has openly supported Hardy, team veterans, head coach Jason Garrett and Hardy’s agent.
Rapoport said that Garrett could make an example of Hardy, but did not specify what action he would take.
Hardy has also been a distraction on the field, arguing with teammates and coaches.

Hardy was suspended 10 games before the season as a result of a domestic violence incident with his ex-girlfriend Nicole Holder. The charges were eventually settled out of court and Hardy had his suspension reduced to four games.
