Brown was questionable after missing two practices during the week, and practicing on a limited basis on Friday.
Michael Floyd | WR, Cardinals
Hamstring, Active
The Cardinals will have their three top receiving targets active against the 49ers.
Cary Williams | CB, Seahawks
Healthy scratch, Inactive
The Seahawks signed Williams to a three-year, $18 million deal over the offseason. He won’t be on the field against the Steelers.

Hamstring, Inactive
He was officially listed as questionable on the injury report after going down with the ailment last Sunday. He did not practice at all during the week. Running backs Spencer Ware and Knile Davis are active.
Jarvis Landry | WR, Dolphins

The star wide receiver draws the Jets, who are without Darrelle Revis (concussion).
Hakeem Nicks | WR, Giants
Active
Nicks was signed this week, and will be reunited with quarterback Eli Manning against the Redskins.
Travis Kelce | TE, Chiefs
Groin, ankle, Active
He was a full participant in practice on Wednesday and Thursday before being limited after tweaking his ankle on Friday.
Greg Zuerlein | K, Rams
Groin, Inactive
Zach Hocker, who was signed on Saturday, will kick.
