New York Jets receiver Kenbrell Thompkinsc caught a 43-yard pass to set up Randy Bullock’s game-winning field goal Saturday night against the Dallas Cowboys.

With just under a minute left and the game tied at 16, Ryan Fitzpatrick lofted a perfect pass along the right sideline to find a streaking Thompkins, who beat rookie defensive back Byron Jones and burst downfield and out of bounds around the 27-yard-line to move the Jets into field goal range. Shortly afterward, Bullock would split the uprights to give the Jets their ninth win of the season, 19–16.

Thompkins finished with two catches for 50 yards. Fitzpatrick finished 26 of 39 for 299 yards through the air, a touchdown and an interception. The Jets are 9–5 and keeping pace with the Steelers and Chiefs (both 8–5 and set to play Sunday) for the AFC’s two wild card spots.
