New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis sat down with SI’s Pro Football Now and discussed New York Giants wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr.'s controversial hit on Carolina Panthers cornerback Josh Norman.

The late hit occurred in the third quarter of Carolina’s 38–35 victory over the Giants on Sunday . Beckham launched himself at Norman, and his helmet collided with the cornerback's helmet.

The NFL reportedly reviewed the hit after the game, and the league could fine both Beckham and Norman. The two had several altercations in the game, both during plays and after the whistle.

Revis, who sustained a concussion in Week 11, weighed in on with his thoughts about the late hit.

“I will put it in their (the league’s) hands, but I am anxious to see what is going to happen because that is a blatant shot to the head on Josh Norman,” Revis said. “He couldn’t protect himself, he didn’t even know it was coming, so that’s something that maybe the league will look into.”
