The Miami Dolphins were close to making a comeback to beat the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, but someone forgot to tell Miami’s offensive line.

Trailing 18–12, the Dolphins faced a fourth and goal on the five-yard line when quarterback Ryan Tannehill snapped the ball looking for the game-tying touchdown, only for four of his linemen to fail to realize the ball had been snapped. The apparent miscommunication spelled doom for Tannehill, who was immediately sacked with only one blocker in front of him.

The loss dropped the Dolphins to 5–9, while the Colts improved to 7–8.
