The Miami Dolphins have been forced to sit down with cornerback Brent Grimes multiple times this season to address his wife’s behavior on social media, Armando Salguero of the Miami Herald reports.

Grimes has met with the Miami front office at least five times this season and has been asked to tell his wife, Miko Grimes, to stop posting vulgar tweets directed towards quarterback Ryan Tannehill and local media.

Beyond the fact that Grimes has been constantly forced to discuss the issue during the middle of the season, there is no indication that he could face punishment for his wife’s actions.

Miko was also arrested prior to a Dolphins game this season after an incident with the local police. Miko was charged with battery on a police officer, resisting arrest with violence, and disorderly conduct. The charges against her were eventually dropped.

Miko worked as a radio host for WQAM in Miami, but was fired after her arrest. Her Twitter account is private with about 10,000 followers.
