The Los Angeles Rams are reportedly interested in signing Peyton Manning for the 2016 season, should the Broncos quarterback decide not to retire after the Super Bowl, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.

Though Manning, 39, has not said whether he will retire after the postseason, rumors of his decision have been circulating in the buildup to Super Bowl 50, including a report that he told his close friends Sunday will be his final game.

If he decides to extend his 18-year playing career, Manning is not expected to stay in Denver, Schefter reports, despite having an additional year remaining on his contract.

Case Keenum is currently slated to be the Rams’ starting quarterback, with Nick Foles and Sean Mannion serving as backups.
