Anderson ran for a short touchdown late in the fourth quarter of Super Bowl 50, giving Denver a 22–10 lead after he reached the end zone. The score was set up by a Von Miller forced fumble and upheld on replay review.
The Broncos pushed their lead to 24–10 with a two-point conversion after the touchdown.
