Panthers defensive end Kony Ealy has been dominant in the Super Bowl against the Broncos.

Ealy, a second-year pro, made an impressive one-handed interception in the second quarter and also recorded two sacks in the game. He is the first player in Super Bowl history with two sacks and an interception.

Ealy was a second-round draft pick in 2013 after three seasons at Missouri, where he played alongside Michael Sam and Broncos linebacker Shane Ray.

Ealy played in 15 games as a rookie with no starts and recorded four sacks. He played in all 16 of Carolina’s regular season games this year, starting nine, and recorded five sacks while forcing three fumbles.
