Carolina Panthers linebacker Luke Kuechly will undergo surgery on his left shoulder, reportsThe Charlotte Observer.

Kuechly sustained a partially torn labrum in his shoulder during Carolina’s Week 17 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but played through the injury with the aid of a brace throughout the remainder of that game and the playoffs, including every snap of Super Bowl 50.

The Panthers’ three-time Pro Bowler is expected to recover from the surgery in time for July training camp, but could miss all of the team’s off-season workouts. The surgery should not affect his readiness for the 2016 season, The Observer reports.

Kuechly, who has missed only three games since being selected by the Panthers in the first round of the 2012 draft, logged 118 tackles and one sack in 13 games this season, and led the league with 29 tackles through three playoff games.

The Observer reports Panthers defensive ends Mario Addison and Ryan Delaire will also undergo surgeries to repair torn labrums.
