Buffalo Bills running back LeSean McCoy and his lawyer met Tuesday with the Philadelphia district attorney as part of the ongoing investigation into his involvement in a bar fight, according to 6ABC.com.

The meeting took place at the office of McCoy’s lawyer, Dennis Cogan, after it had initially been scheduled to occur at the D.A.’s office. That first meeting was canceled after the time and location were leaked.

Neither Cogan nor the D.A. commented on the details of the meeting.

McCoy is being investigated after a fight over a bottle of champagne left two off-duty police officers with injuries. The brawl reportedly took place between McCoy’s group, totaling four people, and three officers.

According to CSNPhilly.com, the D.A. has yet to issue an arrest warrant, as questions remain about McCoy’s actual involvement in the fight, why the officers did not immediately call 9-1-1 and how much they had to drink.
