NEW YORK (AP) Three federal judges will hear the NFL's appeal of the lifting of New England quarterback Tom Brady's four-game suspension in ''Deflategate'' next week.

Arguments before a panel of the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals are scheduled for March 3 in New York City. The judges will decide whether a lower-court judge was correct to negate Brady's suspension over a ball-deflation scandal last year.

The three judges were listed Thursday on the court's website. They are Chief Judge Robert A. Katzmann, Barrington D. Parker and Denny Chin.

Katzmann was appointed to the 2nd Circuit in 1999 after nomination by President Bill Clinton. Parker was elevated to the 2nd Circuit in 2001 by President George W. Bush, and Chin joined the court in 2010 on a nomination by President Barack Obama.
