Colts linebacker D’Qwell Jackson was found guilty of misdemeanor simple assault Monday.

Jackson was arrested in Washington, D.C., in February, 2015 after a confrontation with a pizza delivery driver over a parking space. The driver, Jose Bonilla-Fuentes, alleged that Jackson said he was “going to kill me.”

Sentencing is scheduled for April 6 and Jackson faces up 180 days in jail and a maximum $1,000 fine. Bonilla-Fuentes has also filed a civil suit against Jackson.

Jackson, 32, has started all 32 games for the Colts since they signed him in 2014. He led the team with 89 tackles last season and also recorded three sacks.
