The Baltimore Ravens have officially signed running back Trent Richardson, the team announced Monday.

The Ravens have been in contact with Richardson since the NFL Scouting Combine in February and had a final check-in with the 25-year-old before finalizing the deal, according to the Alabama Media Group.

Richardson has not played in an NFL game since he was a member of the Indianapolis Colts during the 2014 season. He signed a two-year deal with the Oakland Raiders before the 2015 season, but was released on Aug. 31.
