EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) The New York Giants have released placekicker Randy Bullock and signed defensive tackle Montori Hughes.

The Giants announced the moves Tuesday, a day after adding placekicker Josh Brown to their 53-man roster.

Brown, who scored a career-high 134 points last season, was suspended for the regular-season opener by the NFL for a violation of its personal conduct policy.

Bullock missed an extra point on Sunday. He did not attempt a field goal. He had been signed on Aug. 22 after the league finalized Brown's suspension.

Hughes was waived by the Giants on Sept. 4 in their final cut. He played in seven regular-season games with New York last season.

The Giants added linebacker Deontae Skinner to their practice squad and terminated the contract of quarterback Logan Thomas.

Skinner played in seven games with one start for the Patriots in 2014. He spent the 2015 season on the Philadelphia Eagles' practice squad. The Eagles released Skinner on Aug. 22.
