Jameis Winston, the first pick in last year’s draft, earned 2015 rookie of the year honors—and the vote wouldn’t have been close if not for Todd Gurley’s otherworldly return from ACL surgery. Winston is now 20 pounds lighter, sleeker and quicker in every way. Plus he has an emerging crew of offensive talent around him. It looks like, in a division with Drew Brees, Cam Newton and Matt Ryan, the Bucs are finally set at QB.
