And yet, he has a better career winning percentage than Marvin Lewis, Jeff Fisher, Gary Kubiak, Jason Garrett and Rex Ryan. So the question about last year’s drop-off is whether everyone caught up to his untraditional ways, or if resulted from the coach’s personnel decisions, a department he is less involved in San Francisco.
