CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be without three starting defensive linemen for Monday night's game against the Carolina Panthers.

Defensive tackles Gerald McCoy (calf) and Clinton McDonald (hamstring) and defensive end Robert Ayers (ankle) are all listed as inactive, along with running back Doug Martin (hamstring), wide receiver Cecil Shorts III (hamstring), tight end Luke Stocker (ankle) and guard Caleb Benenoch.

The Panthers previously ruled out five players on Saturday because of injury: quarterback Cam Newton (concussion), running back Jonathan Stewart (hamstring), left tackle Michael Oher (concussion), cornerback James Bradberry (toe) and defensive tackle Vernon Butler (ankle). Linebacker Jeremy Cash and wide receiver Damiere Byrd are also inactive.

Derek Anderson will start at quarterback. He's 2-0 as Carolina's starter since 2011, with both wins coming against Tampa Bay.
