Titans tight end Walker game-time decision vs. San Diego

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) Tennessee Titans tight end Delanie Walker will be a game-time decision Sunday at San Diego after sitting out Friday's practice with a groin injury.

Walker, hurt during Thursday's practice, leads the Titans (4-4) with 28 receptions for 405 yards and three touchdowns. Walker previously missed the Titans' loss to the Oakland Raiders in week three with a hamstring injury.

Coach Mike Mularkey wants to wait as long as possible before making any decision on Walker's status.

''He did not practice, and there's still two more days to see how he is doing,'' Mularkey said.

Walker sounded confident that he would be able to play.

''It's going to be a game-time decision, so we'll see what happens. I slipped, and I guess I pulled something,'' Walker said. ''I'm not frustrated at all. I'm not even worried about it. It's an injury I can probably a doozy, but I'm pretty sure the trainers will find some situation to keep it warm and make sure I don't get stiff.''

Running back DeMarco Murray practiced fully for the second consecutive day on the injured toe on his right foot. He is expected to play against the Chargers (3-5).

Left guard Quinton Spain is out for the second straight game with a hyper-extended right knee after missing practice all week. Safety Rashad Johnson was limited Friday due to a stiff neck and is questionable for Sunday. He missed last week's win over Jacksonville.

Backup running back Antonio Andrews missed practice for personal reasons but will travel to San Diego.
