- 1 15.5-ounce can chickpeas, rinsed, drained, and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss chickpeas in olive oil and paprika and spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Roast until crispy, shaking pan halfway through, about 20 minutes.
