Philadelphia Eagles

Here are out projections for how the Eagles will do this season.

Projected record: 7–9

The Eagles play 13 games against teams with reasonable playoff aspirations. They also get the unenviable trip out west, where they face the Seahawks and then stay to play the Rams in L.A. the next week. I believe the arrow is pointing up for Doug Pederson and Carson Wentz, but this is a really tough schedule.

Pivotal game: Week 9 vs. Broncos. By this point, we will know if Wentz can actually air the ball out or if Philly’s horizontal passing game from last year is here to stay. The Eagles have enough receivers to beat the Broncos, who will be playing their third straight road game.
