Projected record: 13–3

Aaron Rodgers will be throwing to Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and Martellus Bennett this season, so let’s go ahead and give the Packers the NFC North crown. This offense won’t have trouble outscoring opponents—I only have the Packers dropping one game (to Dallas) before Week 16, when they can go into cruise control.

Pivotal game: Week 2 at Falcons. I have the Packers winning this early game because I’m not sure what Atlanta’s offense will look like without Kyle Shanahan calling plays. In two of the past three years Green Bay has had slow starts (R-E-L-A-X), so getting this W after facing Seattle in Week 1 will have Rodgers rolling toward a season where he could win his third NFL MVP.
