Buccaneers QB Jameis Winston Posts Disastrous First Half vs. Panthers in London

Jameis Winston opens with horrid half vs. Panthers

Jameis Wintson and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers didn't get off to a hot start against the Panthers in London on Sunday.

Looking to build on their big win over the Rams last week, the Buccaneers opened the outing doing everything but, turning the ball over on the very first play of the game. Panthers cornerback James Bradberry did the honors, picking off Winston and putting his team in position for a field goal and a 3-0 lead.

Winston's nightmare half continued after the quarterback threw two interceptions and fumbled the ball twice on back-to-back plays towards the end of the second quarter. The second was recovered by Carolina.

Winston was also sacked six times in the first half. The Buccaneers went into the halftime locker room down 17–7.

Tampa Bay lost 37-26, dropping to 2-4 this season.
