Cleveland enters this matchup off of its bye week. The Browns most recent game was a disappointing loss to the Seattle Seahawks, where the Browns squandered a 20-6 first half advantage to lose 32-28. Both teams were evenly matched in that game for the most part, with Cleveland’s four turnovers to just one for the Seahawks making the difference. Baker Mayfield threw three interceptions in that game.
Meanwhile, the Patriots will come into this game with significantly less rest than their opponents. New England played a Monday Night Football game against the New York Jets to close out Week 7 and torched them 33-0. Tom Brady went 31-for-45 with 249 yards and one touchdown pass. Sonny Michel added 42 yards on 19 carries and three touchdowns.
