The Raiders have alternated back-to-back victories and losses over their last six games and are seeking their first three-game winning streak of the season. Oakland (5-4) is a half-game behind Kansas City for the AFC West lead and coming off a 26-24 victory over the Los Angeles Chargers on Nov. 7.

Rookie Josh Jacobs provided the go-ahead points with an 18-yard touchdown run with 1:02 to play. The defense made it stand by hounding Chargers quarterback Philip Rivers into six incompletions before Karl Joseph made a victory-sealing interception.

That was one of three interceptions recorded by the Raiders, with the other two provided by Erik Harris. He returned the first of the pair 56 yards for a touchdown and his second pick-six of the season.

Jacobs continued his impressive season, finishing with 71 yards on 16 carries. He leads all rookie rushers with 811 yards, which is also good for seventh in the league. Jacobs is angling to be the first Raiders rookie to rush for 1,000 yards in franchise history and first to rush for 1,000 yards overall since Latavious Murray had 1,066 in 2015.

Cincinnati (0-9) is the NFL's only winless team with first-year coach Zac Taylor at the helm. The Bengals are coming off their worst loss of the season, a 49-13 thrashing administered by the Ravens at home last Sunday.

Rookie quarterback Ryan Finley had a middling NFL debut, completing 16 of 30 passes for 167 yards and a touchdown with an interception. Both his turnovers proved extremely costly as the Ravens defense returned both of them for touchdowns. Cincinnati's defense was torn apart by Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson, who had 288 total yards and four touchdowns.

The Bengals have won the last three meetings between the clubs, including a 30-16 triumph in Week 15 last season, as Joe Mixon rushed for a career-high 129 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
