Rob Gronkowski Thinks Stefon Diggs Time with Buffalo Bills is Coming to End: 'Serious Beef!'

Rob Gronkowski believes this season will be Stefon Diggs' last with the Buffalo Bills

Trouble is brewing on and off the field for the Buffalo Bills.

The Bills' 24-22 loss to the Denver Broncos on Monday Night Football at Highmark has caused a ripple effect throughout the organization, especially on offense. Ken Dorsey was ousted as the Bills offensive coordinator, and Stefon Diggs' brother, Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs, called for Stefon to get out of Buffalo.

Former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers All-Pro tight end and four-time Super Bowl winner Rob Gronkowski spoke about Trevon's comments on Kay Adams' show, Up And Adams, and he believed that Trevon went too far. Gronkowski also said he doesn't understand why Stefon would be upset in Buffalo.

"That's a little bit too much coming from Trevon Diggs," Gronkowski said. "It doesn't make sense. Stefon Diggs, you're paid [and] you've got an unbelievable contract, what's the worries? You're a main receiver. You're the No. 1 wide receiver. Josh Allen looks to go to you about every single time that he possibly can."

Trevon also took what appeared to be a subtle shot at Josh Allen, saying that he wasn't good until his brother got there.

"Let’s not forget, he didn’t start going off till bro got there," Trevon tweeted.

Stefon has 73 catches for 868 yards with seven touchdowns this season. In his three-plus seasons with the Bills, he has 411 catches for 5,057 yards and 36 touchdowns. Stefon's success made Gronkowski question why he may be upset with the team based on what Trevon tweeted.

"Your stats, they're up there," Gronkowski said. "It's not like your stats are going to be better with another team. In the last three years, you were contending for a Super Bowl. Do you know how hard it is to be on a contending team year in and year out like that? I don't know what the problem is with Stefon Diggs. I don't know why his brother is tweeting that out like that. I think there's some serious beef behind it if his brother is tweeting that. It's not any fake news or anything. It's a reliable source."

This isn't the first time Stefon has appeared to be unhappy with the team. He was visibly upset during the Bills' 27-10 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals in the divisional round of the AFC Playoffs last season. There were also concerns over how Stefon felt about the team during the Summer when he wasn't at mandatory minicamp until the final day.

With the constant questions surrounding how Stefon feels about Buffalo, Gronkowski thinks this could be their last together.

"I don't get why there's all this turmoil going on with Stefon Diggs," Gronkowski said. "It doesn't really make that much sense. If you ask me, there's been smoke, there's been fire for the last two years about Stefon Diggs and I don't think he's going to be there after this year with the Buffalo Bills ... That's how you don't win games. Your brother is tweeting out [that] you've got to get out of there."

Buffalo will look to get back on track on Sunday when they host the New York Jets (4-5) at Highmark Stadium at 4:25 p.m. ET.
