Buccaneers Fans React to Tampa Bay Reaching NFL Playoffs, Winning NFC South Division

With a 9-0 win over the Carolina Panthers, The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have won the NFC South for their third consecutive season. Record-wise, the Bucs improved from last year with a 9-8 record.

The Bucs game against the Panthers was not pretty by any means. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers got in the end zone a whopping 0 times. With a stellar performance from the defense, the Bucs were able to shutout the Panthers and helped lead the Bucs to a 9-0 victory.

One of the very few bright spots on offense was Chris Godwin reaching 1,000 yards on the season. This is the third consecutive season for Chris Godwin.

Some Tampa Bay Buccaneers fans were conflicted on wanting the Bucs to make the playoffs with the possibility of Todd Bowles sticking around another season. Even though the NFC South is one of the worst divisions in football, it is still impressive that the Bucs have won it three straight years.

With the division win, the Tampa Bay Bucs will host the 5th-seeded Philadelphia Eagles in the first round of the playoffs. In the past 6 games, the Eagles are 1-5. Will the Buccaneers be able to knock off the reigning Super Bowl runner-ups? We shall see.
