Former Buccaneers' Wide Receiver Bet Over $100,000 for Vikings to Beat Tampa Bay

Former Bucs' wide receiver, Antonio Brown, lost a large sum of money on the Minnesota Vikings Tampa Bay Buccaneers game.

There were a ton of question marks surrounding how the Tampa Bay Buccaneers would perform sans-Tom Brady. Along with the major changes to the staff and roster, the Buccaneers also find themselves in contract situations with a number of different players.

With everything swirling around the organization it made sense why many around the league were not high on the Buccaneers' chances in Week 1 against the Minnesota Vikings as well as how they were perceived to perform throughout the season.

The Buccaneers put all of that talk to rest and seemingly look like a middle-of-the-pack NFL team that will rely heavily on their defensive prowess throughout the season as they walked into U.S. Bank Stadium and came away with a road victory against a potential playoff team - winning 20-17.

Sports betting has become a huge societal presence in the NFL and that didn't deter bettors from laying big money on the favorite Vikings including ex-Buccaneers' wide receiver Antonio Brown.

Brown took to his social media to promote his pick of the day on Sunday in partnership with mybookie.ag in which he decided to lay down $120,000 on Minnesota against the Buccaneers due to the "disrespect" - whatever that means.

Going back to his playing days, Brown has been in the headlines of the media. Now that he is no longer in the league, Brown continues his headlining but for the wrong reasons. Just last week he was seen in Tallahassee, Florida partying it up with all the frat bros and was even videoed taking off his pants (which also contained his cell phone) and throwing them into a crowd.

Brown has also been in the news for issues surrounding financially supporting his children so laying and eventually losing $120K may not be the best method to go AB.
