Mike Evans Shares Fired Up Message Following New Extension With Buccaneers

Mike Evans posted a simple yet perfectly suited video clip to his social media accounts on Monday morning to encapsulate his feelings on re-signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The wait is over. Not just for fans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- all of whom were surely elated to find out that Mike Evans signed a 2-year, $52 million contract ($35 million guaranteed) to remain with the Buccaneers on Monday-- but also for Mike Evans himself.

Evans has spent his entire (and very illustrious) 10-year career in Tampa. He came in as a star -- Jason Licht's first draft pick as Bucs' GM back in 2014 -- and has only improved his standing amongst the fanbase and organization since that time.

When the news broke on Monday morning that Evans would be re-upping with the Buccaneers, fans of the team immediately rejoiced in celebration.

They weren't the only ones feeling hyped up though. Evans posted a simple yet perfectly suited video clip to his social media accounts on Monday morning to encapsulate his feelings.

Warning: NSFW - Not safe for work.

In case you live under a rock, the video clip is from one of Martin Scorsese's most popular films, The Wolf of Wall Street (2013). Context isn't really necessary though as the clip is very much self-explanatory.

"I'm not leaving. I'm not leaving. I'm not F***ing leaving!"

When Leonardo Dicaprio (playing Jordan Belfort) uttered those words, pure bedlam ensued. Which is more or less what would have happened this morning in the offices, houses, and cars of Tampa Bay Buccaneers' fans when they received word that Evans would be staying in Tampa Bay for at least another two seasons.
