All Cardinals Super Bowl Staff Predictions: Eagles Heavy Favorites Over Chiefs

The time for waiting is nearly over: Super Bowl LVII is now 24 hours away.
For two weeks, the Kansas City Chiefs and Philadelphia Eagles have prepared to play in the largest sporting event known to western civilization. Matchups on both an individual and team level give promise to be one of the better championship games we've seen in recent memory.
Although the Arizona Cardinals are at home for this one, the friendly walls of State Farm Stadium have played host to some great games in previous memory. Eagles-Chiefs hopes to live up to expectations.
Here's the All Cardinals staff predictions on who will be victorious when the confetti rolls to the field on Sunday evening:
Andrew Harbaugh: Philadelphia Eagles
It is rare that we see a Super Bowl with the two best teams in football competing but that is exactly what we get with the Chiefs and Eagles. For the Eagles it will be about keeping the ball out of Patrick Mahomes' hands and by running the ball they can do that. For the Chiefs, they will be looking to force turnovers and get points off of them.
The Eagles don't turn the ball over however and they haven't played a bad game in weeks, give me Philadelphia in a close one.
Eagles 27, Chiefs 21
Richie Bradshaw: Philadelphia Eagles
A matchup between two number one seeds should live up to the hype and while there are some good defenses on both sides, I believe this comes down to whoever has the ball last and an offensive shootout.
Eagles 27, Chiefs 24
Ryan Sanudo: Kansas City Chiefs
The Eagles are one of the most well-rounded teams we’ve ever seen, but the tandem of Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid is generational. They bring experience to the table and combine that with toughness on both sides of the trenches, the Chiefs can dictate any game. This game will be close, but trust Kansas City with this one.
Chiefs 31, Eagles 28
Donnie Druin: Philadelphia Eagles
I want to pick Kansas City here so bad. So, so bad. It's hard not to trust Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid, but I believe the Eagles are just the better overall team here, though not by much margin. Mahomes magic certainly exists, but the Eagles are the more well-oiled machine from top to bottom.
Eagles 30, Chiefs 24
