It's a famous yet effective mantra spoken by martial arts legend Bruce Lee, who inspired millions across the globe for both his physical abilities and influence work for mind/mental aspects of life as well.

Count Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray as one of the many who has drawn inspiration from Lee, and he hasn't been shy about making his fandom known in the past.

"What's up everybody, Kyler Murray here, quarterback for the Arizona Cardinals speaking on what Bruce Lee means to me. He was kind of the blueprint in a way," said Murray.

"Not only did he dominate the martial arts space but he was super articulate. The stereotypes around asian culture, he dispelled those. His humility, the foresight, his composure, the way he spoke, the way he moved, his natural feel, he was one of a kind.

"I kind of look at him like the asian LeBron. For me, being a 5-10 quarterback, being drafted first overall in the NFL, being drafted ninth overall in the MLB, I try not to put limitations on myself. People are always going to doubt you, people are always going to say this and that.

"One thing Bruce - one thing he preached was having no limitations and to be formless. Be like water, and that's something I live by. I can keep going but those are just a couple things that are special to me and why Bruce's legacy is so special to me.

"[To Lee's family] I thank you, I appreciate you for allowing me to speak on his behalf, so thank you."
